Skipofit-Therapeutic - a set for taking baths from white turpentine emulsion with herbal extracts is intended for taking turpentine baths from white turpentine emulsion as an adjuvant for the prevention or alleviation of chronic diseases by improving blood microcirculation and stimulating regenerative processes in organs and tissues, in including in bone and cartilage tissues, and as an independent general strengthening agent.
The gum turpentine contained in the composition, obtained from the resin of coniferous trees, has a local reflex effect accompanied by an improvement in the trophism of bone and cartilage tissue in the area of influence, which helps restore motor function and also reduces pain due to the anti-inflammatory and distracting effect that is associated with the ability of turpentine to penetrate the epidermis and irritate skin receptors. The action of turpentine helps to reduce vascular tone, expand the lumen of capillaries, arterioles and venules. By accelerating blood flow, blood circulation in tissues and organs is restored.

Directions for use: The total duration of the bath is 15 minutes. At the end of the procedure, it is recommended to wrap yourself in a terry towel or sheet without drying yourself and rest for 1.5–2 hours. Dosage based on a bath with a volume of 150–170 l - 10 ml of solution. This is the so-called “expected sensation”, which indicates that the collapsed capillaries are beginning to straighten out and their systole is increasing. If after 3-5 procedures there is no tingling, then the amount of emulsion or solution begins to increase by 5 ml with each subsequent procedure (15-20-25-30, etc., up to 100 ml per bath). Tingling may not appear throughout the entire body, but in certain areas of the legs and arms. After achieving the “expected sensations,” the dosage of the solution is not increased. This is an individual therapeutic dosage, and further baths are continued with it.
If there are no tingling sensations or they are very insignificant, then use auxiliary solutions - turpentine bath activators.
