Application: rub a small amount of balm into the area of the affected joint (spine, shoulder girdle, knees, arm joints, sacro-lumbar region, etc.). Apply a layer of cling film and cover the area of the body treated with balm with a woolen or cotton cloth. After 15-20 minutes, remove excess balm from the skin with a dry paper towel.
For bronchitis and colds, rub the balm on your chest.
For cold feet syndrome, rub foot balm.
For cellulite, apply a little balm to problem areas and rub in a circular motion.
