Method of application The duration of the session, that is, the time of exposure to the skin of the applicator, determines the desired effect:
for toning, pain relief in acute severe pain, to increase efficiency and blood pressure in case of hypotension - 7–10 minutes;
for relaxation, relieving prolonged chronic pain, lowering blood pressure, hypnotic effect - 15-30 minutes.
An important condition for successful treatment and the absence of discomfort is the correct placement on the applicator, in which the relatively uncomfortable sensations of the first five minutes turn into sensations of pleasant warmth, vibrations, pulsations, often culminating in a full healthy sleep.
To correctly lay on the applicator, it is necessary to most accurately model the curves of the spine with the help of correctly laid pillows and terry towels folded into rollers.
In case of discomfort lasting 10–15 minutes, the applicator should be removed and used only after 5–10 hours or the next day. Causes of discomfort may be: improper application of the device, i.e. uneven load on the needles, slipping from it, accompanied by scratching the skin.
To eliminate these phenomena, you should rise above the applicator and lower yourself onto it again, placing a soft roller under the knee joints. The duration of the course of treatment is 1-2 weeks.
