Shake the bottle before use. At one time: dilute 1-2 tablespoons of the concentrate in 100 ml of warm water. (40-60 C) Take 30-40 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals. Recommended 2-3 times a day.
In a dark place at a temperature of +5 C to + 25 C. Store the opened package in the refrigerator. Do not freeze!
