The health effect is provided by the properties of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens bacteria, which, multiplying mainly in the large intestine, secrete proteolytic, amylolytic, cellulolytic enzymes, biologically active substances that suppress the growth and development of pathogenic and opportunistic microflora.
