bovine bladder polypeptides - 5.0 mg.
glycine - 20.0 mg.

The drug Vesusten is a complex of polypeptides isolated from the bladder of cattle.
The drug Vesusten is a peptide regulator and has an organotropic effect on the bladder.
In experiments using organotypic cultures of various tissues of laboratory animals, the drug Vesusten demonstrated tissue-specific activity against bladder tissue, having a stimulating effect on the growth of their cells, with no effect on tissue cultures of other organs.
Preclinical studies indicate the absence of acute and chronic toxicity; Vesusten does not have carcinogenic, embryotoxic, mutagenic, immunotoxic and teratogenic properties, as well as local irritant and allergenic effects.
Experimental studies have shown that the drug Vesusten has a regulating effect on the contractile activity of the muscles of the bladder wall and sphincter, and reduces hyperreflexivity of the bladder.
Clinical studies have shown that the use of Vesusten reduces the severity of symptoms in patients with overactive bladder (OAB). Due to its pathogenetic effect, the drug Vesusten reduces the number of episodes of urinary incontinence, frequency and urgency of urination, and also has a positive effect on the quality of life of patients with OAB.

The drug Vesusten is administered in a dose of 5 mg (1 bottle) once a day, 3 times a week. The course of treatment is 10 injections.
The need for repeated courses is determined by the attending physician.
If an injection is missed, it is not recommended to administer a double dose; the next dose of Vesusten is administered at the usual time on the next scheduled day.
Directions for use: The drug is administered intramuscularly.
Before injection, the contents of the bottle are dissolved in 1-2 ml of water for injection or 0.9% sodium chloride solution. When introducing a solvent, the needle should be directed towards the wall of the bottle to avoid foaming.
Use of the drug in special clinical groups of patients
Children and teenagers
The use of Vesusten in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is contraindicated (due to the lack of data on efficacy and safety in this age population).

Storing a bottle with a dissolved drug and delayed administration of the reconstituted solution is unacceptable.
