Nifuratel, a nitrofuran derivative, is highly active against a number of bacteria, fungi and protozoa (including Trichomonas vaginalis).

Nystatin, an antifungal antibiotic of the polyene group. By binding to sterols in the cell membrane of fungi, it disrupts its permeability, which leads to cell death. Highly active against Candida albicans.

The combination of nifuratel and nystatin allows for a more pronounced antifungal effect and significantly expands the spectrum of antimicrobial action. High efficiency and low toxicity of the drug components determine a wide range of its clinical application in the treatment of vaginitis of mixed etiology, in particular, the use for the prevention of mycoses caused by specific treatment of trichomoniasis.

Macmiror Complex does not disturb the physiological flora, which allows you to avoid the development of dysbacteriosis and quickly restore the vaginal normocenosis.

Composition
nifuratel 500 mg,
nystatin 200 thousand IU.

Intravaginally: 1 vaginal suppository is inserted daily in the evening before bedtime for 8 days or as recommended by a doctor. If necessary, treatment can be repeated after menstruation. To achieve maximum effect, the suppository is inserted deep into the vagina.
