Dissolve 1 stick in a glass of water or other non-alcoholic beverage. Take 2 times a day - during meals in the morning and evening.
Duration of administration is 5 days. If necessary, the intake can be repeated after 2 weeks.
Individual intolerance to the components is possible. Use with caution in case of SIBO, GERD and cholelithiasis.
