Shostakovsky Balsam suppositories are an antiseptic medication widely used for various inflammatory conditions, difficult-to-heal purulent wounds, and trophic ulcers.
The main active ingredient in Vinylin, polyvinox, has a bacteriostatic and antimicrobial effect, accelerates skin and mucosal regeneration (regenerative properties), and has enveloping and anti-inflammatory properties. Phytosuppositories with Vinylin are effective for many conditions: dermatological, proctological, gynecological, otolaryngological, and infectious.
Cocoa butter also provides analgesic and bactericidal effects.
Suppositories with Vinylin are recommended for:
- wounds and ulcers;
- hemorrhoids;
- anal fissures;
- postoperative period;
- vaginal inflammation;
- erosions of the female genital organs;
- Damage to the mucous membranes;
- Rhinitis, sinusitis, maxillary sinusitis;
- Acute respiratory viral infections, as a preventative measure against complications.
Ingredients: 82% cocoa butter, 12.5% Vinylin (Shostakovsky's Balsam), 5.5% beeswax.
The product does not contain preservatives, petroleum jelly, fragrances, or dyes.
Vinylin phytosuppositories are used rectally or vaginally according to the instructions included in the box.
Daily dose: 1 suppository. The course of treatment is 10-20 days. If necessary, with the advice of a doctor, the course can be repeated after 2-3 weeks.
Dosage form: 10 suppositories of 1.6 g each.
Contraindications: Individual intolerance to the ingredients, diarrhea, children under 16 years of age, pregnancy, breastfeeding. Consult a doctor before use.
