KuEMsil Tsamba, a mixture of starter microorganisms including lactobacilli, barley, and ginger, is an effective treatment for obesity and gastrointestinal health. Tsamba is a traditional Tibetan dish made from roasted barley flour. It replaces bread, promotes satiety, and is a source of vitamins and microelements.
Ingredients: Starter microorganisms including lactobacilli (Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Lactobacillus acidophilus), lactobacilli of the genus Streptobacterium (Lactobacillus plantarum), yeast (Saccharomyces lactis), water, barley, and ginger.
The staple food of the Tibetan people is tsamba: roasted barley flour mixed with butter, sometimes with tea, as well as sour milk and barley beer. The Buryats call zambaa a porridge made from roasted barley flour with butter and tea. Some tribes consider it a second bread. For many centuries, this dish remained an essential part of the village diet. Eating this porridge for breakfast will keep you full all day. Barley is pounded, roasted, and added to hot tea, with butter and sugar added to taste. In ancient times, Buryats preferred to make aarsa from kurunga (a thick porridge) with ground barley grains or buckwheat. Aarsa was given to cattle weakened by the winter and was also drunk by the Buryats themselves. Effect of the ingredients: Barley is rich in potassium, magnesium, protein, fiber, and other essential vitamins and minerals. It promotes cardiac function and normalizes blood pressure. Barley fiber normalizes gastrointestinal and intestinal function, removing waste and toxins. It influences the endocrine system and adrenal glands, and improves vision due to its vitamin A content. It has a positive effect on the nervous system, skin, and hair due to its high content of B vitamins, improves cellular oxygen exchange, and has antioxidant properties. Barley normalizes blood sugar levels and slows carbohydrate absorption.
Ginger has pronounced antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and tonic properties. Furthermore, ginger is a powerful natural antioxidant that can relieve severe stomach pain. When treating obesity, it is often recommended to include ginger in dishes; for example, add a small amount of this spice to a fermented milk product and drink it half an hour before meals.
Directions for use: Children: 1 tablet twice daily; adults: 2 tablets twice daily for 10-14 days. Repeat the course if necessary.
