Doctor Shablin's EM-Kvass 2in1 100ml+100ml

EM-kvass is an easily digestible functional food product made from natural ingredients. Using EM-kvass concentrate and EM-starch molasses (nutrient medium), you can easily make amazing EM-kvass at home. This EM-kvass has the most important property – its ability to restore intestinal function.

Preparing EM-kvass.
Mix 100 ml of Dr. Shablin's EM-kvass concentrate and 100 ml of EM-starch molasses (ready-made enhanced nutrient medium) in 3 liters of warm boiled water. After 3 days, pour half the jar into a 1.5-liter bottle and refrigerate for storage and future use. Fill the 3-liter jar with the remaining starter culture with water, add 5 tablespoons of honey, and 5 tablespoons of sauerkraut juice. At room temperature and with occasional stirring, the kvass matures for 4-5 days. The whole family drinks 1-3 glasses of this kvass daily. To save money, EM-kvass can be re-fermented as follows: leave 0.5 liters of EM-kvass in the jar as a starter, fill it to the top with water (up to 3 liters) and 5 tablespoons of honey. After 1-2 days, add another 5 tablespoons of honey. The kvass is ready to drink on the 3-5th day.

EM-kvass can be re-fermented again. After 3-5 days, the kvass will be ready again. You can re-ferment EM-kvass no more than twice, as the microflora changes with each re-ferment and the effectiveness of the microorganisms decreases.
Ingredients: Symbiotic lactic acid symbiosis starter, concentrated sea buckthorn juice.
