The high content of vitamin C and rutin, as well as the components that make up the jelly: extracts of propolis, motherwort and calendula, calcium gluconate, lemon balm, apple, beet, contribute to:

Pour the contents of the package (20 g) into a mug, pour 150-180 ml of boiling water, mix, let it brew for 1-2 minutes. Take 1-2 times a day. Use immediately after opening the package.
