Day: Apply the mask to cleansed face and spread with massaging movements. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Repeat the procedure no more than 1-2 times a week.
At night: apply the mask on cleansed face, spread with massaging movements and leave overnight.
