Ivermec gel (ivermectin) 30ml / 1.01oz

Ivermek-gel has a pronounced acaricidal effect on larvae and mature individuals of sarcoptic and demodectic mites. The mechanism of action of ivermectin is its effect on the current of chlorine ions through the membranes of nerve and muscle cells of the parasite. The main targets are glutamate-sensitive chloride channels, as well as gamma-aminobutyric acid receptors. A change in the current of chlorine ions disrupts the conduction of nerve impulses, which leads to paralysis and death of the parasite. Ivermectin is practically not absorbed through the skin and has an acaricidal effect (on the skin, hair follicles and sebaceous glands) for 5-7 days. Dexpanthenol has regenerative properties, stimulates epithelization and healing of the skin, and has an anti-inflammatory effect. Lidocaine has a local anesthetic effect with a pronounced antipruritic effect.

Ivermec®-gel in 1 ml contains as active ingredients: ivermectin – 1.0 mg, lidocaine hydrochloride – 50 mg, dexpanthenol – 15 mg, and as excipients: macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate (Cremophor RH 410), poloxamer (Lutrol F127, Poloxamer 407, Collifor P 407), N,N-dimethylacetamide (dimethylacetamide), glycerin, benzyl alcohol, citric acid, sodium hydroxide and purified water.
