Iceland moss extract, African plum bark and fenugreek gently reduce the activity of the sebaceous glands, moisturizing and nourishing the hair along the length. Iceland moss contains both a real natural antibiotic (usnic acid, which helps with oily seborrhea) and the polysaccharide lichenin, which moisturizes, smoothes and gives shine to the hair along the length. Oleanolic acid and beta-sitosterols from African plum significantly reduce the activity of the sebaceous glands of the scalp (block receptors for alpha reductase), without drying the length of the hair at all. Steroid glycosides from fenugreek (yamogenin and diosgenin) stimulate and awaken the hair follicles, while low molecular weight peptides and galacturonic acid deeply and lastingly moisturize and soften dry ends. Very mild surfactants used: lauryl glucoside (from glucose and coconut oil), monosodium cocoyl glutamate (from natural glutamic acid and coconut oil), allowed for organic cosmetics. Natural thickener alginate from brown seaweed perfectly moisturizes the hair cuticle, softens and detoxifies the scalp.
