Resveratrol is one of the most studied polyphenols. It binds to red blood cells and reduces their sedimentation rate (ESR).
Multivariate analysis revealed that elevated ESR is an indicator of erythrocyte aggregation, which closely correlates with atherosclerosis of the heart, carotid arteries, and cardiac mortality. Moreover, the correlation of cardiac mortality with ESR (p<0.0001) is closer than with elevated cholesterol levels.
Resveratrol also:

has an antithrombotic effect (reduces tissue factor TNF-α);
improves endothelial condition, reduces vascular thickness, inflammation, fibrosis, and oxidative stress;
as the most powerful natural activator of sirtuin 1 (SIRT1), it has an anti-aging effect;
regulates pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines, mainly by enhancing SIRT1, suppressing NF-kB, inhibiting activation of NLRP3 inflammatory processes;
inhibits beta-amyloid aggregation and eliminates prion accumulation; enhances hippocampal neurogenesis and microcirculation, reduces glial activation, which helps improve learning, memory, and mood;
reverses age-related cognitive decline by increasing the secretion of neurotransmitters, including serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine;
affects fertility (improves ovarian function and sperm motility).
Resveratrol has an immunomodulatory effect: it reduces the virus-induced increased secretion of IL-6 and TNF-α, can enhance immune activity in immunosuppressive mice, and eliminates the Th17/Treg imbalance. These properties may be useful in the treatment of post-COVID conditions.
It has anti-cancer activity, affects various mechanisms of tumor development and progression:
promotes apoptosis and autophagy;
inactivates cancer cell signaling (STAT);
causes cell cycle arrest;
inhibits glycolysis of cancer cells in the mitochondria;

Luteolin is a flavonoid with great potential for brain health and a wide range of biological activities.
It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, antiviral, anticancer, immunomodulatory, neuroprotective, cardioprotective properties.
It helps stabilize mast cell membranes, eliminate "brain fog". It improves symptoms of "brain fog" in children with ASD and patients with mastocytosis (a rare disease caused by excess mast cells accumulated in the body's tissues). Both of these conditions are associated with increased release/accumulation of histamine in tissues.
In relation to COVID, it blocks the interaction between the COVID spike protein and its main cellular target receptor, ACE2.
Luteolin can also be used against the negative health effects caused by toxic heavy metals (copper, zinc, nickel, cobalt and lead).
