Ketone-Mg Tiger is an exogenous ketone in the form of magnesium salt, magnesium betahydroxybutyrate.
Betahydroxybutyrate and short-chain fatty acids provide our body with energy during fasting and fasting-mimicking diets. The most famous of these diets is the ketogenic diet, in which entering ketosis is usually checked by determining betahydroxybutyrate in the blood.
