Monotherapy:

Combination therapy:
- Chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial, and other mucosal infections in gynecology;
- Acute and chronic upper respiratory tract diseases (rhinitis, sinusitis, maxillary sinusitis, frontal sinusitis);
- Obliterating diseases of the lower extremities;
- Trophic ulcers, non-healing and infected wounds (including those associated with diabetes);
- Gangrene;
- Burns, frostbite;
- Hemorrhoids;
- Post-radiation necrosis of the skin and mucous membranes.

Always use this medicine in full accordance with the package insert or as directed by your physician, pharmacist, or nurse. If in doubt, consult your doctor, pharmacist, or nurse.
Recommended Dosage:
Adults:
For acute respiratory infections (ARIs), administer 2-3 drops in each nasal passage or 1-2 sprays in each nasal passage every 1-1.5 hours for the first 24 hours. Then, administer 2-3 drops or 1 spray in each nasal passage 3-4 times a day for 1 month.
For the prevention of ARIs, administer 2 drops or 1 spray in each nasal passage 2-4 times a day for 1-2 weeks.
For inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa, rinse with the medicine 4-6 times a day (1 bottle = 1-2 rinses) or spray the medicine evenly onto the affected areas of the mucosa, 2-3 sprays 4-6 times a day. The treatment course lasts 5-10 days.
For chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial, and other mucosal infections in gynecology: intravaginal administration with cervical irrigation or intravaginal tampons with the drug, 5 ml per procedure, 1-2 times daily for 10-14 days.
For acute and chronic upper respiratory tract diseases (rhinitis, sinusitis, maxillary sinusitis, frontal sinusitis), the drug is instilled 3-5 drops or 1-2 sprays in each nasal passage 4-6 times daily. The course lasts 7-15 days.
For obliterating diseases of the lower extremities, the drug is instilled intranasally, 1-2 drops in each nasal passage 6 times daily, for a course lasting up to 6 months.
For hemorrhoids, the drug is administered as microclysters into the rectum, 15-40 ml. The treatment course lasts 4-10 days.
For radiation-induced skin and mucous membrane necrosis, long-term non-healing and infected wounds, burns, frostbite, trophic ulcers of various etiologies, and gangrene, apply the medication to the affected areas with double-layered gauze dressings 3-4 times a day or spray the affected area with 10-40 ml of the medication 4-5 times a day (treatment course lasts 1-3 months).
Use in Children and Adolescents
The medication is prescribed to children from the first day of life. The dosage regimen for children aged 0 to 18 years is the same as for adults.
