Vitamin E 15 mg
Ubiquinone (Q10) 45 mg
Lycopene 5 mg
Rutin 30 mg
Beta-carotene 5 mg

Vitamin C
A highly effective antioxidant. Even in small amounts, vitamin C protects the body's essential molecules—proteins, lipids (fats), carbohydrates, and nucleic acids (DNA and RNA)—from damage by free radicals and reactive oxygen species. Vitamin C intake by men reduces damage to the genetic material of sperm. Women's vitamin C levels are directly related to the likelihood of becoming pregnant during sexual intercourse. A deficiency of ascorbic acid weakens the immune system and increases the risk of developing colds.
Vitamin E
A lipophilic antioxidant. It is involved in tissue respiration. It improves myocardial function and prevents vascular fragility. In women, it is used to restore the menstrual cycle and promote normal pregnancy. In men, vitamin E intake reduces the number of sperm with damaged genetics, increases sperm density, and increases sperm motility. Including vitamin E in combination therapy significantly increases conception rates in infertile couples.
Lycopene
A lipophilic antioxidant. In men, lycopene reduces oxidative stress in sperm, improving both qualitative and quantitative parameters. Furthermore, lycopene consumption has been shown to slow the development of benign prostatic hyperplasia. In women, lycopene intake during pregnancy preparation reduces the development of preeclampsia and prevents fetal damage.
Ubiquinone (coenzyme Q10)
A unique lipophilic antioxidant required by every living cell in the body. Antioxidants typically oxidize irreversibly to protect the body from free radicals. In contrast, CoQ10 molecules are reused. Furthermore, ubiquinone restores the activity of vitamin E. Coenzyme Q10 is also involved in energy production in the mitochondria and is therefore essential for sperm, whose energy needs are particularly high. Coenzyme Q10 helps increase sperm count and motility, and reduce the proportion of deformed cells.
Ubiquinone is part of the combination therapy for polycystic ovary syndrome.
Significantly, coenzyme Q10 helps slow the aging process and is effective for asthenic syndrome and chronic fatigue syndrome.
Rutin
A powerful natural antioxidant. It protects capillaries, reduces their increased permeability, strengthens vascular walls, reducing swelling and inflammation, thereby improving blood flow throughout the body. It has an antiplatelet effect, which helps improve microcirculation in all organs and tissues. Rutin reduces venous insufficiency. It is beneficial for diabetes and other conditions associated with oxidative stress.
Beta-carotene
It plays a role in the body's antioxidant defense and is a precursor to vitamin A, which also fights free radicals. Beta-carotene strengthens the immune system, reduces the risk of infectious diseases, neutralizes the effects of harmful environmental factors (electromagnetic radiation, chemical pollutants), and increases the body's adaptability and resistance to stress. It is essential for cell growth and maturation and the normal functioning of the gonads. In women, beta-carotene is used for infertility and mastopathy. Furthermore, beta-carotene deficiency increases the risk of miscarriage. Therefore, beta-carotene supplementation is especially important for the normal course of pregnancy.
