Apply the scrub to damp, cleansed body skin using intense massage circular movements, paying special attention to “problem areas.” Leave on for 5-10 minutes for a deeper effect. Take a contrast shower to wash away particles of the epidermis, cool and further tone the skin. For best results, continue care with anti-cellulite cream or body oil.
