The joint is the place of articulation of the knee joint, surrounded by the joint capsule. The ends of the bones are covered with cartilage. Easy sliding of the bone surfaces becomes impossible. It is a fermented horse oil with red ginseng. Oil-soluble active substances from red ginseng dissolve in horse oil during enzymatic fermentation. 65% of horse oil is composed of unsaturated free fatty acids. Horse oil is similar to human sebum and is therefore easily absorbed into the skin. Horse oil ceramides are the main component of the stratum corneum of the human epidermis. They create a protective layer to prevent excessive water loss due to evaporation and also strengthen the barrier against the entry of microorganisms. Horse oil and red ginseng have a long history of use in traditional ointments.
