Cream-balm for feet Doctor Bobyr® No. 4 is intended for the prevention and removal of inflammation and pain in heel spur (plantar fasciitis).
About the problem. A heel spur is an inflammation of the plantar fascia of the foot.
The plantar fascia is a powerful bundle of tissue (aponeurosis) that lies under the skin of the foot and extends from the heel bone to the heads of the metatarsal bones. It supports the arch of the foot and also acts as a shock absorber. But sometimes the fascia is too stressed and damaged, as a result of which micro-tears are formed, which is accompanied by inflammation of the fascia and pain in the heel. If left unchecked, a bony growth (osteophyte) forms in the area of the inflamed fascia, which injures the fascia and surrounding tissues, which leads to an even greater increase in inflammation and pain.
Overweight people, diseases of the spine and large joints of the legs, flat feet, as well as athletes with prolonged local overload of the foot, are predisposed to the development of a heel spur.
The main symptom of a heel spur is heel pain. From the very first moment, as a person gets to his feet, he immediately feels severe pain. "Needle in the heel", "stepped on a nail" - such comparisons are made by sick people. The pain is so severe that it is impossible to stand on a sore foot, it hurts to walk and touch the heel. To relieve pain, it is necessary to relieve inflammation and stimulate healing at the site of injury to the plantar aponeurosis.
The composition of the cream-balm Doctor Bobyr® No. 4 for feet contains natural ingredients that stimulate healing at the site of injury to the plantar fascia and resorption of osteophyte (bone growth).
