Dosage and administration
2 filter bags (4.0 g) are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them out.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
Inside, the infusion is taken warm, 1/4-1/3 cup 3-4 times a day; locally for microclysters apply a warm undiluted infusion of 25-50 ml; for irrigation, douching, baths, lotions, the infusion is diluted 2-4 times.
